Disclaimer of liability

I agree that the sponsoring dealer, Harley Owners Group (H.O.G.), Harley-Davidson, Inc., Harley-Davidson Europe Ltd. and all of their subsidiaries and my local H.O.G. Zurich Chapter as well as the representatives and employees of the above-mentioned persons and companies under no circumstances (with the exception of intent) can be held liable for property damage, injury (including death) that I may suffer suffer and that there are no legal claims whatsoever.

Privacy waiver

The H.O.G. Zurich Chapter maintains an address list of members and candidates with the following data: surname, first name, street / no., Postcode town, mobile no. and email address. This is updated periodically and published in the member area of the homepage (www.hogzh.ch). In order to comply with data protection laws, everyone must declare by hand that the data on this address list may be published. With my consent I confirm that the address data (list of members / chapter means of communication) is only for H.O.G. Zurich Chapter to use internal communication and not to make it accessible to third parties or to use it in any other way. Photos and films by H.O.G. Zurich Chapter trips or events are posted on www.hogzh.ch. I am aware of the publication of these photos and films on the home page and I waive data protection.
