Who is the H.O.G Chapter Zurich?

We are a chapter with around 60 Harley bikers. We warmly welcome all Harley owners. Together we indulge in our hobby. We meet regularly for rides, Höcks/gatherings & events and support our sponsoring dealer.

"Ladies are welcome" as a biker or passenger. The group of our "Ladies on Harley" is considerable and we are happy when it gets bigger ...

Values

Respect, tolerance and consideration are our values. We expect everyone involved to live by our values. Be it on the go or in a cozy get-together. We also value a well-groomed appearance.

Safety & fun

Our behavior on the road is described in the convoy driving rules. We expect all members and candidates to receive regular continuing training. On the part of the chapter, we organize driving courses and first aid courses for bikers every year.

What's up?

There is a Höck/gathering every month. We meet for gasoline talks, experience reports and information from the board.

There is a monthly ride from March to October. Our road captains organize day or multi-day rides in Switzerland and in neighboring countries.

Chapter life does not stand still from November to March. In November we go on a coach trip and in December we are on the road as "Santa & Angel on Harley" and meet for a traditional Christmas dinner. There will be a surprise in January and our Annual General Meeting takes place in February.

From the first Ride in April to the final ride in October, we meet every Friday at 6:00 p.m. at our dealer in Mönchaltorf for the "Friday Ride". The idea is: a ride of about an hour followed by dinner to "usher in" the weekend. These rides are absolutely informal. Anyone who has time and desire is welcome. The role of the road captain is taken over by * those who have a good idea and who take on the role.

In March and September, on the occasion of the "Open House" exhibitions, we support our sponsoring dealer in catering and event organizationand with parking assistance. This commitment adds a nice "slice" to the till.

We make a special commitment in favor of the "Love Ride". We support our sponsoring dealer by bringing the bandanas to the participants.

Various H.O.G. and Harley-Davidson meetings are held. We visit some. Organized by the chapter, we spend a few days "on the road" and meet many like-minded people at the exciting events.
